At Bush Buddies, we take care in packing and sending every order. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

🇦🇺 Shipping locations

We currently ship within Australia.

If you’re outside Australia and interested in our products, feel free to contact us — we’re always happy to explore options.

Order processing time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

🚚 Shipping methods & delivery times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Standard shipping: 2–8 business days

  • Express shipping: 1–4 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size

  • Free shipping may be available for orders over a specified amount (as shown on the website at the time of purchase)

Any promotional shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Tracking your order

Where available, tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Delivery delays

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Courier or postal service delays

  • Weather events

  • Peak periods (such as holidays)

Bush Buddies is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect address details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Bush Buddies is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect address details

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos (if damaged)

We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
